“It’s never too late, it’s never too bad, you’re never too old, you’re never to poor, you’re never too sick to start from scratch once again, to be born once again.” Bikram Choudhury

Bikram yoga is a dynamic systematic routine of 26 hatha yoga poses done in a heated environment. Bikram’s practice is designed to create a healthy, fit body by improving your metabolism & flexibility, detoxifying your body, and strengthening all of your muscles and joints from the bones to the skin. This practice teaches you how to relax your body, bring peace to your mind and lets you learn about yourself so you heal yourself.

  • Sweating promotes detoxification.
  • Heals and cleanses the body from the inside out.
  • Releases tight/tense muscles and relieves back pain.
